Theme: Protection & Energy - Setting Boundaries
Guided Meditation with Creative Art Expression
Each workshop begins with a spiritual teaching about the human energy field. We learn how energy works between us and others, how to protect our energy field and how to stand sovereign in our own power.
Following comes a guided meditation with soft music and a visualization and audio.
Finally we paint a seasonal, guided painting that illustrates in our own unique way what we learned about energy or what colors and visualizations we saw or felt in the meditation. There will be an art guide for a specific painting for the seasons and energy work but you are welcome to do your own painting as well.

With a Meditative Walk in Nature
At the sacred portals of the Hide Away Pond in Nokesville, Virginia, this immersive mini day retreat will be a guided earth shrine, meditation journey around the pond and gardens of this sacred vortex.
Through guided meditation, journaling, contemplative practices, and intentional silence, participants will create space for greater clarity, self-compassion, emotional awareness, and inner balance.
Lunch served. Warm clothes encouraged.

Campfire Release Ceremony
Theme: Release the Past, Dedicate to the Good of Humanity
With Drumming, Music, and Fire
During our Campfire Release Ceremony, we gather to affirm our dedication into divine love, Christ light, and the good of Earth and Humanity.
We release what no longer serves us into the flame of divine fire.
We declare our intention to co-create a harmonious planet.
We dance in the light of the flame with sacred music and drumming.
A guided meditation will be held with grounding and breathwork to connect to our inner light.
We may be graced with the Ascended Masters, White Eagle, and the I Am Presence during out time together. So bring a pen and notebook, warm clothes, your favorite blanket and chair, and come ready to release and receive the Flame of Love.
Campfire food and fellowship will follow.
Feel free to bring your own drum.
